With such high ICE-powered efficiency of 109mpg, I can only assume the drag coefficient is 3 or 4 times smaller than most other cars. So would the EV-powered version get 300 or 400 MPGe? (That would mean a 20kWh charge would last for 300 or 400 miles).

If you want to drive the car off the lot is will cost you over $17K. Nonetheless, this is just one more car designed for efficiency that will never make it past the safety checks.
