Not supporting NASA is a very narrow minded attitude with little insight or knowledge of the benefits of NASA. NASA has developed thousands of products that we now enjoy and benefit from. If NASA was a private enterprise and had the patents on there products they would be very wealthy. NASA is required to support and give technology that they have developed to the public free. A large amount of medical equipment has been made based on NASA technology and that benefits all of us. A great deal of computers, communication equipment etc has been developed using NASA technology.

Henderson was asked to leave because of his poor performance in the job, both before and after the GM bankruptcy. The new Board unlike the old one no longer puts up with that kind of perfromance.
