Miles per gallon at least check for the veracity of your sources. The crews from Alabama arrived with crews NOT Qualified to work on 34.5kv class distribution. Their training and equipment was good for 12.474 Kv.. My coop sent 40 men and 12 trucks that are qualified for 34.5kv work and they are working with PSEG as I write this. The Alabama crew could clear trees and limbs with their equipment but chose to go home.
